The course includes two parts. One part about group dynamics and leadership and one part about project management and methods. The course includes basic project methodology with models and tools for the project manager. The part about group dynamics and leadership includes theories and models for how the individual, the group and the leader's behaviour influence each other.

Language of instruction is in Swedish but English may occur.

Entry requirements

General entry requirements and English 6, Physics 1, Chemistry 1, Matematics 3c or Matematics D in the Swedish upper secondary school system (or the equivalent).
