Intended Learning Outcomes (ILO)

On completion of the course the student shall:

demonstrate the ability to apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when developing web pages with and without given specifications
demonstrate the ability to develop web pages according to principles and best practice of responsive web design and accessibility

demonstrate the ability to suggest a user interface, evaluate the written code, and motivate why certain techniques and practices were used.

The course comprises contemporary and basic techniques to create web pages for desktop as well as mobile devices.

The course includes the following parts:

Lectures, workshops, and assignments.

Language of instruction is in English.

General entry requirements and taken course Foundations of Programming 7,5 credits (or the equivalent).

The course is graded 5, 4, 3 or U.
